‘Pilipinas Got Talent’ is a Filipino reality talent competition show on ABS-CBN network. It is based on the Got Talent franchise, a British TV format conceived and owned by Simon Cowell’s SYCO company. Anyone can join and showcase their talents in the audition.
Recently, a pair of police officers, Robert Abella Jr. and Jackylou de Dios Palacio, both members of the Philippine National Police, had the judges swooning over their cover of “Forever.” They showed their talent of singing in duet.
This is the first time Abella and Palacio performed together in person. They shared that they met online when they decided to do a cover of the tune.
Meanwhile, Vice Ganda acknowledged that he was a little underwhelmed, describing it an “ordinary” performance made only impressive because they were wearing their uniforms.
The three judges said yes to the contestants and only Vice Ganda said no.
