Nadine Samonte is a Kapuso actress and a commercial model. Her rise to fame was brought forth by her participation in the first season of StarStruck. She is married to businessman Richard Chua. They had a two-year old daughter named Heather Sloane who was born in 2016.
Currently, Nadine is pregnant with second baby. Her husband broke the news to his Instagram followers last September 30 accompanied by photos of the actress’ pregnancy test results.
Despite being extra careful to ensure a safe pregnancy, actress Nadine Samonte rushed herself to the hospital on Monday, October 15 for the first time in her life after feeling tightness of chest.
According to the actress, she was having lunch when she started to experience difficulty breathing. Upon calling the secretary of her ob-gyne, Nadine was advised to go to the emergency room.
“I was praying kanina na sana everything is okay, everything will be okay. Ang hirap pala pag buntis talaga bigla-bigla may mga nangyayari. Ang hirap pa kasi wala pa lagi si hubby ko so lagi ako mag-isa.”
Nadine said she immediately recovered after taking medicine at the emergency room and felt relief after fearing it might affect her baby.
